Different countries and regions have different requirements for Certificates of Origin for international express delivery.

Middle East: Saudi Arabia, Iran, Kuwait, Iraq, the United Arab Emirates, Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, Turkey, etc. These countries generally require a General Certificate of Origin (CO) issued by the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade.
Africa: Egypt, Libya, Madagascar, Sierra Leone, etc. For all goods exported to Egypt, the relevant documents (Certificate of Origin and invoice) must be authenticated by the Egyptian Embassy in China. Only with these stamped documents and pre-shipment inspection certificates can customs clearance and delivery be processed at the Egyptian port of destination.
Central and South America: Ecuador, Haiti, Mexico, Paraguay, Venezuela, etc. For example, Mexico requires a Certificate of Origin for goods with a declared value exceeding US$1,000.
Some Asian countries and regions: Japan, Thailand, etc. Japan may require a Certificate of Origin for certain goods, such as food and cosmetics; Taiwan also requires a Certificate of Origin for certain high-value or sensitive categories.
EU Countries: EU countries have stricter and more standardized requirements for Certificates of Origin. Generally, goods exported to the EU require a General Certificate of Origin (CO) or a Generalized System of Preferences Certificate of Origin (FORM A). For certain specific products, such as textiles and agricultural products, additional proof of origin documentation may be required.
Australia: Under the China-Australia Free Trade Agreement (FTA), Australian Customs accepts electronic ChAFTA Certificates of Origin (COO) for pre-clearance. The original is not required, but two copies of the ChAFTA COO must be provided with the goods.
