If you discover that Amazon FBA has overcharged you, you can file a fee dispute and claim by following these steps:
Log in to Seller Central and access the Help page: Log in to Amazon Seller Central, click “Help” in the top navigation bar, then select “Get Support.”
Select the claim type: On the “Get Support” page, select “Selling on Amazon,” then “FBA Fee Issues.”
Fill in the claim information:
Describe the issue: Clearly and in detail explain the reason for the overcharge, such as incorrect product dimensions or weight, miscalculated storage fees, etc. Clearly identify the order or product information that caused the overcharge, and avoid using sensitive terms.
Upload evidence: Provide evidence that proves the fee calculation error, such as screenshots of inventory reports (including FNSKU codes), proof of receipt from the third-party logistics provider, and videos or photos of actual product measurements. The more evidence you provide, the higher the chances of a successful claim.
Submit an appeal: After completing your claim information and uploading supporting evidence, click “Submit” to submit your appeal.
Track your appeal: After submitting your appeal, you can check the status of your appeal in “Case Management.” Amazon typically responds to your appeal within 3-7 business days. If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you can submit another appeal.
